These Terms govern your use of Estate Intel (the "Service"), operated by TRG Tech Link ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
This is a restricted preview, not a commercial launch. Florida Press Service content is retained internally only pending written reuse authorization. Hawaii and Puerto Rico records available to clients are labeled synthetic samples. Court/public access does not grant bulk or commercial reuse rights. No live heir tracing, skiptrace, property enrichment or outreach is enabled. No payment processor is active, and no automatic charges or automatic renewals occur.
Estate Intel compiles information from public records, including probate notices published in newspapers under Florida law and, only after permission is granted, authorized records in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and presents it with our own scoring and analysis. We do not create the underlying records and do not guarantee they are complete, current or accurate.
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes such as real-estate investing, brokerage, estate services and research. You may not use any information from the Service, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.). We are not a consumer reporting agency and the Service does not provide consumer reports.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the National Do Not Call Registry, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059) and Florida's Do Not Call list (Fla. Stat. 501.059), Hawaii (HRS 481P) and Puerto Rico consumer-protection and telemarketing rules, and CAN-SPAM for email. Treat grieving families with respect. Do not represent yourself as affiliated with any court or the estate.
Nothing in the Service is legal, tax or financial advice. Claim deadlines and heir information are estimates. Consult a licensed attorney in the relevant state before acting.
Approved starting terms: Starter $149/month for 3 reports plus 1 bonus each month (4 total), Pro $399/month for 12, Team $999/month for 30 shared across 3 seats; standalone $49. Admin may change future offers with notice. One report unlocks one estate and its same printable case file, with no second credit for reopening/printing. Trials provide synthetic samples only, not production credits. Target scope is all 50 US states plus Puerto Rico, but no production jurisdiction is currently activated; entitlement never overrides source rights. Unusually costly/PR research requires a separate disclosed quote, not surprise credit multipliers.
Catalog selections request an itemized scope/availability/price review, not an order. Fixed catalog prices remain subject to a versioned quote and explicit requester approval. Approval records intent only; no payment, external contact, research or fulfillment is triggered. Professional/heir review remains blocked pending appropriate jurisdiction and qualified provider clearance. No legal/heir determination or title opinion is offered; already-included base information is not resold.
Plans, prices and unlock quotas are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for the next billing period. Unused unlocks do not roll over. Standalone reports use the posted price. Additional standard-report overage pricing is not approved or enabled. Free trials end automatically; no charge occurs unless you choose a paid plan. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the data you paid for, in which case contact support within 14 days.
No resale or redistribution of Service data except through our approved reseller program, no scraping of the Service, no sharing of accounts beyond your plan's seats, and no use to harass, defraud or exploit any person.
Approved resellers earn the published commission on paid invoices from referred clients, paid monthly. We may end the program or an individual reseller relationship at any time; earned, unpaid commission will still be paid.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state (including all 50 US states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico) gives you non-waivable rights.
