• No Social Security numbers. We do not collect, store or show SSNs.
• Not for FCRA purposes. Never use Estate Intel data to decide credit, insurance, employment, housing or other eligibility. We are not a consumer reporting agency.
• Do Not Call rules apply. Scrub every phone number against the National and Florida Do Not Call lists. No autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts without prior express written consent (TCPA; Fla. Stat. 501.059).
• Heir data is a best estimate. A personal representative is not a verified heir. Representative information is not evidence of kinship or inheritance rights. No heir-location investigation is offered.
• Not legal advice. Claim deadlines shown are estimates based on the first publication date (Fla. Stat. 733.702 and 733.2121). Confirm with the court file or an attorney.
