We collect the name, company, email, phone and password (stored only as a salted hash) you provide, your plan and billing history, the estates you unlock, alerts you save, support chat messages and basic technical logs (IP address, browser). We use it to run your account, bill you, prevent abuse and improve the Service. We do not sell subscriber information.
Estate records contain names and addresses of decedents, personal representatives, attorneys and possible heirs, taken from published legal notices and court records. We never collect or display Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or medical information. If you are named in a record and want it suppressed from the Service, email admin@trgtechlink.com; we will suppress it within 10 business days unless we are legally required to keep it.
Servers in Germany operated by Hetzner Online; language-model processing through our own gateway using Anthropic models (support chat and operations agent; chat text is sent for processing and not used by Estate Intel to train those models; provider retention and processing terms apply); payments through TRGPay; email through Genius Eye Mail. Each receives only what it needs.
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 3 years after for tax and audit purposes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access is limited to authorized staff and logged.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data at any time. Residents of states with privacy laws (including Florida's Digital Bill of Rights where applicable) may exercise rights by emailing admin@trgtechlink.com.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
